A dispute at a Gaithersburg shopping center Thursday escalated into a fight that left four people injured and a suspect in custody, police said.
The fight took place at a shopping center in the 9100 block of Goshen Road, the Montgomery County Police Department said. It's unclear what led up to the dispute.
Two victims were taken to the hospital — one with cuts and minor injuries, and a second who was punched. Two other victims refused treatment, police said.
Chopper4 footage showed officers on the scene and someone being put into an ambulance near a Safeway store.
The initial 911 call for the incident described a stabbing near a McDonald's nearby.
