Is it really possible for a United States senator to express him or herself in 140 characters or less?
Mark Warner (D-Va.) seems to think so. His tweets are even building an small audience.
Others are less impressed.
Richmond ad exec and power tweeter Dave Saunders, for example, told The Washington Post: "I give him A+ for effort. I give him C+ for what he's done so far."
An early investor in Nextel and co-founder of Capital Cellular Corp., Warner has the savoir faire to pull it off.
Time -- and his audience -- will tell if he's tweeting up the wrong tree.
