Police described the March 29 attack at the Fox Hills apartments in Oxon Hill, Md., as vicious. The victims were flown to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are looking for a black woman about 25 years old, standing about 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighing about 135 pounds. She had glasses and wore her hair in microbraids.
