Reward Offered for Info on Debit Card Thief

Surveillance photos could help ID suspect

The Charles County Sheriff’s Office hopes someone can help them identify a woman who was caught on a surveillance camera, trying to use a stolen debit card.

The card was stolen on October 26. A woman was crossing a parking lot at Mall Circle Drive when a man pushed her to the ground and stole her purse. An hour later, the woman in this photo tried to use the victim’s debit card at a nearby ATM, deputies said.
After several failed attempts to get cash, the woman walked away.

Charles County Crime Solvers and the Sheriff’s Office are offering a combined reward of up to $5,000 to anyone who can name the woman. Tipsters can remain anonymous and the reward is paid in cash.
