14th Street SW: Southbound closed from Independence Ave SW to 395 HOV entrance. Closed at 6 a.m. until noon.
395 HOV Lanes: Southbound closed from 14th St SW to the HOV overpass @ S. Fern. Closed from 6 a.m. to noon.
Ohio Dr SW: Closed from Independence Ave SW to Potomac Freeway. Closed from 6 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Potomac Freeway: Closed from Ohio Dr SW to the Whitehurst Freeway. Closed from 6 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
