Residents in Montgomery County Still Angry at Pepco

Members of a commission in Montgomery County, Md., looking into Pepco power outages heard fiery testimony from county residents.

The commission was created by county executive Isiah Leggett, who said he's optimistic that Pepco is serious about making changes to ensure better service.

The final report from the commission is expected in April, and its findings will be shared with Pepco.
