VIRGINIA BEACH, VA - AUGUST 28: Workers from Dominion Virginia Power tend to electrical lines affected by Hurricane Irene on August 28, 2011 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Category 1 storm, which made landfall in North Carolina early yesterday morning, has been downgraded to a tropical storm, but knocked out power to more than 3 million people and is attributed to 15 deaths as it travels up the Eastern seaboard. The power is back on for thousands of residents in Northern Virginia after a raccoon got inside a Dominion Virginia Power substation Sunday night.

The power was out for more than 40 minutes for more than 11,000 people in Prince William County.

Everything is back to normal at this time.

There's no word on how the raccoon fared.
