Fairfax County Police say that the son of a prominent defense attorney was arrested Wednesday night in an undercover sting operation.
Police confirm that Jacob Greenspun, 20, was charged with three counts of distribution of marijuana and one count possession with intent to sell/distribute.
Greenspun is the son of prominent defense attorney Peter Greenspun, one of the lawyers who represented D.C. sniper John Allen Muhammad.
Greenspun was arrested after a two month police investigation. The Greenspun family home was searched sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday.
