The county launched its 311 call center Monday. It takes complaints and requests for government services.

The new line works similar to the familiar 911 used for emergency calls.

The 311 line is only open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Prince George’s County also has a page on their website for county services called “County Click."
