A pregnant D.C. woman says three men broke into her apartment and then raped, assaulted and robbed her.

The 28-year-old woman told News4 the suspects managed to get in through the third-floor balcony of her apartment on Anacostia Road SE about 3 a.m. Tuesday.

She said she was in the shower when she heard a noise and then confronted them. They then knocked her out before sexually assaulting her, she said.

After the assault, the masked men took two of her TVs and frozen food from the refrigerator.

"I don't feel safe living here. I don't feel safe living in the area no more," she told News4.

She said she is 19 weeks pregnant.

She said the balcony door has never worked since she moved in two years ago and the apartment gave her a bar to secure the door after the attack.
