A man is in serious condition at Shock Trauma in Baltimore after a police-involved shooting in Howard County.
People called police with concerns after a man walked into an office park carrying several weapons.
When they arrived, police asked the man to surrender, but he refused and shots were fired.
No officers were injured. It’s not clear whether the suspect fired a weapon.
