Police Seeking Information About Fatal Herndon Party

Police hope that someone can identify party-goers who may have witnessed a fight that left a 21-year-old George Mason University student dead.

Hosung "Steven" Lee was found dead in his bed in his Centreville townhome April 24. Fairfax County Police said he had trauma to his upper body.

Last week, search warrants revealed police were investigating a gruesome possibility: Lee was attacked at a party the night before he was found dead. The warrants indicate Lee was kicked, punched and later stabbed by 10 to 15 people.

But instead of calling 911, the warrants show, Lee's friends took him home and put him to bed.

He died of a stab wound to the chest, a medical examiner found.

Now, police are circulating photos of the party in hopes that someone can identify those responsible and come forward with more information.

Police have already searched the home on Oxon Road in Herndon where the party took place the night of April 23. They've also seized about 700 pieces of evidence.
