Police need your help locating a missing 17-year-old boy who may be in need of medication.
James Ulmer was last seen in the 1400 block of Irving Street in Northeast Washington on Saturday.
Ulmer stands 5-foot-4-inches tall, weighs between 145 and 150 pounds and has a medium build. Police say James has brown eyes, black hair and wears braces. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray and white shorts, and gray sneakers.
