Police are searching for a 23-year-old man in connection with a deadly double shooting in southeast Washington.
John Anthony James of Southeast D.C. has been charged with second degree murder while armed.
James is accused of shooting Ernest Massenberg-Bey Jr., 21, and another man in the 1100 block of Eaton Road SE Monday night. The scene of the shooting is about two blocks southwest of the Anacostia Metro station.
Massenberg-Bey was pronounced dead; the other man survived.
