A Springfield, Va., man is facing two felony counts of child endangerment after someone found a child inside their Sterling home Wednesday night.
Investigators say 25-year-old Joshua L. Beruete was found unconscious inside a parked car on Berkeley Court just before midnight. The resident who found him also saw a second child inside the car.
Beruete has also been charged with driving under influence of drugs and driving on a revoked license.
The children are now with family members.
Beruete is being held on no bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center
