Montgomery County police are searching for suspects in the robbery and shooting of a man in Wheaton late Saturday night.
Investigators say that the victim, whose name has not been released, was robbed and shot on McMahon Road near Windham Lane shortly before 11:30 p.m. Saturday. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators say that they had identified suspects in the case, but had not made any arrests as of Sunday morning. Authorities also said that they are no longer searching for a suspect, a process that included the use of a chopper.
