Police: Attacker Killed by His Own Knife

HALETHORPE, Md. -- A would-be robber was stabbed with his own knife in a struggle with a victim, according to Baltimore County police.

The man was walking home from work on the Annapolis Road overpass by Interstate 895 in the Halethorpe area around 10 p.m. Sunday when two men with knives tried to rob him, police said.

The victim struggled with his attackers, stabbing one of them with the attacker's own knife, police said.

The other attacker drove the wounded man to St. Agnes Hospital, where he died a short time later, police said.
