Fairfax County police arrested two people in connection with a violent home invasion in McLean, Va.
Jasmine Vanderplas, 30, and 29-year-old Tae Won Kang are charged with robbery and abduction.
The pair broke into a home on Pathfinder Lane just before 8 a.m. Wednesday, police said. Once inside, the pair allegedly restrained a 70-year-old man and assaulted a 70-year-old woman. They took the woman's purse.
The suspects are being held at the Fairfax County Detention Center.
