A man made a series of phone threats against the White House and President Donald Trump Saturday morning, prompting the closure of Pennsylvania Avenue, the U.S. Secret Service said.
A man called 911 about 6:15 a.m. saying he was in front of the White House waiting for police officers to kill him, according to court documents.
In a second call from the same number, the caller said, “Mayday, mayday. The White House has been taken over.”
In his next call, the man said he was in the White House and was going to shoot it up and shoot the president.
In the fourth call, he claimed to be Osama bin Laden and said he was with the president and was going to kill him.
Then he called to say he had a pipe bomb and was about to drive to the White House.
In a sixth call, he said he was at the Embassy of Senegal and was going to shoot that up.

“Officers arrested a male subject following a series of threatening 911 calls in violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 871,” the Secret Service told News4. “The threatening telephone calls resulted in temporary road closures in the vicinity of the White House."
The suspect, Freddy Possian, is charged in U.S. District Court of D.C. with making a kidnapping threat against the president.
