Philadelphia CEO, Mom of 2-Year-Old, Missing Following Amtrak Derailment

A Philadelphia CEO and mother of a 2-year-old has been reported missing after the deadly Amtrak train derailment Tuesday night in Port Richmond.

Rachel Jacobs is the CEO of ApprenNet. A family friend said Jacobs was on Amtrak Northeast Regional Train 188, which was on its way to New York from Washington, D.C., when it derailed near the Frankford exchange in Port Richmond.

Officials said at least six people died following the derailment.

ApprenNet is based in Philadelphia, but coworkers say Jacobs lives in New York.
