Paul VI Catholic High School Moving to Loudoun County

The move is scheduled to take place in 2020.

The Diocese of Arlington is relocating one of its high schools to Loudoun County.

The diocese announced Wednesday that Paul VI Catholic High School will move from its current 18-acre campus in Fairfax City to a new site in South Riding.

The move is scheduled to take place in 2020.

Paul VI currently has a student body of about 1,000, and says it has had to cap enrollment because of space limitations.

The new $60 million school will be spread out on 68 acres, about 12 miles west of the current campus.

Paul VI was established in 1983 and in recent years has sponsored nationally ranked basketball and baseball teams.
