Park Police Investigating Body Found on Grounds of Beltsville Agricultural Research Center

U.S. Park Police are investigating what they called a suspicious death of a man whose body was found on the grounds of the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center.

The body was found near Powder Mill Road and Springfield Drive in a field. 

The circumstances of the death appear to be suspicious, Park Police said. Police have not identified the man.

The Beltsville facility is part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service.

An investigation is continuing.
