Officials are still working to determine what caused a tractor-trailer to overturn on the Outer Loop of the Beltway early Saturday morning.
The Outer Loop was closed at St. Barnabas Road for over five hours as crews operated heavy-duty cranes in an attempt to pick up the tractor-trailer.
The driver sustained minor injuries, authorities said.
The crash is under investigation.
