2 Right Lanes of Outer Loop Reopen at Branch Avenue After Crash

Two right lanes of the Beltway's Outer Loop have reopened at Branch Avenue Friday morning following a four-vehicle crash.

A truck overturned in the crash. There's no word on any injuries.

Earlier Friday, all Outer Loop lanes were closed in the wake of the crash. Officers are now allowing some traffic to drive through the area.

It's not the only major crash in the D.C. area Friday morning -- a driver died after his tractor-trailer crashed over a Beltway overpass and onto the Suitland Parkway below.
