Police arrested a suspect in a June 1 homicide Friday.
The Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force apprehended 24-year-old Allen Culver of Southeast on a warrant charging him with second-degree murder while armed in the shooting 31-year-old Robert Plight, of Northeast.
Plight was shot about 8 p.m. June 1 in the 4400 block of Benning Road NE. He died at a local hospital.
