Problem with landing brakes forces plane down

A Continental Airlines regional jet made an emergency landing at Dulles International Airport Wednesday evening after reporting problems with its landing brakes.
Continental flight 5811 had left Reagan National Airport for Cleveland when an indicator light came on and the pilot reported the problem.
The pilot circled above Washington for about an hour before safely landing at Dulles at about 6:15 p.m.
13 people were on board the flight.

The plane was operated by Chautauqua Air.
