A 12-year-old girl is missing from Silver Spring, and police believe she may be with her biological mother.
Nicole Renee Benard, 12, was reported missing by her legal guardian.
Nicole is described as Hispanic; five feet, two inches tall, and 125 pounds. She has brown hair with blonde tips, and brown eyes. She was last seen in the area of the 4100 block of Samson Avenue in Silver Spring.
Montgomery County Police believe Nicole is with her biological mother, 46-year-old Wendy Benard. Wendy is described as a white female; five feet tall, and 120 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
Wendy Benard does not have legal custody of Nicole, and police and family members are concerned for her emotional and physical well-being.
