A 13-year-old boy was charged with second-degree assault for kissing a girl at school on Sept. 9, according to Baltimore County police.
Police said a school resource officer met with a 14-year-old girl, an eighth grader at Pikesville Middle School, who said the boy kissed her against her will. The victim said the boy grabbed her by her shirt near her stomach and pulled her toward him.
The boy, who is also in the eighth grade, told police someone dared him to do it. He was charged as a juvenile and released to his mother at the school.
Police said the suspect was not transported to the precinct and processed.
