Metro's current Web site has been called "disorganized," with "duplicative information" and "inconsistent search results." Suzanne Peck with the Transit Authority says their new Web site is better designed and more interactive, with easily accessible information.
Metro officials say the site also has better access for disabled people and has information on delays on rail, bus and elevators at each stop. It features information about shops, restaurants and popular landmarks near all stops. The site will be online on Monday.
