Fill out a survey and enter for a chance to win a free Metro SmarTrip card.
Metro employees will hand out some 400,000 survey cards to riders at all 86 Metrorail stations between Friday, April 13 and Friday, April 25.
Metro officials are seeking information for planning and operational services and asking customer to complete the brief questionnaire for the trip they are making when they receive the form.
Customers may be asked to fill out the form on different occasions. Metro asks that customers compete the form each time they receive a survey because it asks for information about the customers current trip.
Metro will randomly select participants to win SmarTrip cards during the six week survey period.
Riders can return the surveys by placing the completed survey card into collection boxes located near the station managers’ kiosks.
Customers can also mail the self-addressed, pre-paid survey card or they may complete the survey online using the information provided on the form.

“We encourage our riders to complete the survey for each trip that they receive a survey card. Getting this information is extremely important to us to plan improvements to our services and address growth needs,” said Metro General Manager and CEO Richard Sarles.
