Work on Metrorail this weekend will lead to changes for riders through the end of the day Monday, so crews can continue to work through the long Veterans Day weekend.
On the Red Line, shuttlebuses will replace trains between Shady Grove and White Flint. Outside the work zone, trains will run on a regular weekend schedule.
On the Orange, Blue and Yellow lines, trains will run every 20 minutes.
Trains on the Green Line will operate as usual.
On Veterans Day, Metro will open at 5 a.m. and will close at midnight. Metrobus will run on a Saturday supplemental schedule. Parking at all Metro-owned lots and garages is free on Veterans Day.
