Md. Mall Store Where Gunman Killed 2 Is Reopening

A skateboarding and snowboarding store at a Maryland mall where a gunman killed two employees before fatally shooting himself has reopened.

The Zumiez store in the Columbia Mall reopened Monday after being closed for four months.

On Jan. 25, Darion Marcus Aguilar, 19, entered the Zumiez store on the upper level of the mall and fatally shot 21-year-old Brianna Benlolo and 25-year-old Tyler Johnson, before turning his shotgun on himself.

The store has been completely remodeled.

The store's new design recognizes the two employees who were killed, with tiles bearing their initials: "B'' and "T.''

The store has also established two memorial funds to honor Benlolo and Johnson.
