Two Maryland women were killed in a crash in Jamaica Wednesday.
Gloria Capleton, 76; Claudette Grant, 53; and Vanessa Brown, 34, died when the car they were in crashed into a minibus just east of Montego Bay.
Grant and Brown were from Upper Marlboro, Md. Capleton was from Brooklyn.
The driver of the car was hospitalized but is expected to recover. Another passenger was treated and released, as were the driver and several passengers from the minibus.
Police said Thursday they are investigating what caused the crash.
