Police in Baltimore have charged a 20-year-old father in the death of his infant son.
Dion Ware has been charged with second-degree murder and other charges.
On Monday, police responded to a 911 call that an infant was not breathing. The baby, who was born in October, was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say Ware initially told authorities that his son was asleep and making strange noises. He said he called 911 when he realized the boy was not breathing. The medical examiner found the child died from blunt force trauma.
