Today, the owners of Maryland's first casino will come out against to expanded gambling in the state.
Penn National Gaming owns Hollywood Casino Perryville and Rosecroft Raceway -- and says that the legislation expanding gambling is "deeply flawed."
Earlier this month, Maryland lawmakers approved the new casino, as well as Vegas-style table games.
The issue now goes on the November ballot for voters to decide.
