A babysitter faces murder and child abuse charges in the death of a toddler.
Jessica Fraraccio, 21, was arrested in Manassas Tuesday.
Back in August, a 23-month-old child died while in Fraracchio's care at a home in the 9300 block of Birchwood Court.
The child sustained multiple injuries, authorities said. Police have been investigating the case since then, but haven't released many details.
Fraraccio is being held without bond.
