U.S. Park Police are investigating a stabbing that happened early Friday morning in Georgetown.
It happened around 4:30 a.m. on the C&O Canal footpath near the Key Bridge.
The victim was sent to the hospital with a minor puncture wound, and will be released later today.
Police are still looking for a suspect. The morning rush hour was not affected by the incident.
