Police are investigating a fatal shooting early Saturday morning in southeast Washington.
Investigators said Javar Robert Allen, 29, was shot several times in the 1500 block of 23rd Street, Southeast. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
They do not have a motive or a description of the shooter.
The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons wanted for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
