A man was shot and killed in Lanham, Md., Wednesday afternoon, police said.
Police believe it was not a random shooting and that the shooter knew the victim.
They apparenty got into an argument behind a home in the 10100 block of Old Franklin Avenue, which led to the shooting, News4 Prince George's County Bureau Chief Tracee Wilkins reported. The victim collapsed in the front yard. He was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The shooter fled the scene.
