D.C. police are investigating a fatal shooting in Northeast.
After 6 p.m. police received a call about shots fired and a man down in the 5200 block of Clay Street NE.
When police arrived they found 26-year-old Titus Jackson of northeast Washington on a sidewalk. Police spokeswoman Gwendolyn Crump says he was pronounced dead a short time later.
