A man pulled two knives on a victim in the kitchen of the Wonderland Ballroom in northwest D.C. early Friday morning.
The man approached the victim inside the kitchen of the establishment and lunged forward with both knives in hand, police said Tuesday.
The victim dodged the attempted assault without injury, police said.
The man dropped the knives and fled. A canvas of the surrounding area was unsuccessful, police said.
