Man Killed in Northwest DC Shooting

A 29-year-old man was killed in a shooting Wednesday evening in Northwest D.C.

The victim was found in the 700 block of Princeton Place NW.

Police responded to the scene shortly before 9:30 p.m. Wednesday for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived to find the victim in an alley, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, police said. He was taken to an area hospital and, after life-saving efforts failed, was pronounced dead.

Police identified the victim as Juan Marcell Grant of Northwest, D.C.
