A man whose friend crashed a vehicle while taking him to the hospital with several stab wounds Monday afternoon has died.
A woman found the victim in his home in the 3800 block of Regency Park Court in Suitland suffering from wounds apparently suffered during a home invasion, News4’s Shomari Stone reported. While taking him to a hospital, the woman lost control of her vehicle on Branch Avenue near Southern Avenue in Temple Hills, left the roadway and struck a Metrobus stop sign.
The man was airlifted from the crash scene to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No one was waiting at the bus stop where the woman crashed.
