A man was killed when he was hit by three vehicles while trying to cross a street in Forestville, Md., Saturday night.
Police said the man was attempting to cross Pennsylvania Avenue at Donnell Drive when he was struck by the vehicles. The victim has been identified as Irvin William Starks, 24, of District Heights.
Investigators believe Starks was crossing against a no-walk signal.
Two of the vehicles remained at the scene. A third vehicle, described as a dark colored car with a left headlight out, did not stay.
