Anne Arundel County fire officials say a man has been found dead after an early morning fire at a home in Deale.
Division Chief Keith Swindle says firefighters were called to the home on East Marshall Road early Thursday and it quickly grew to a two-alarm blaze with more than 60 fire personnel battling the flames. He says one man was found dead inside the home.
Swindle says the home had no working fire alarms.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation. Damage to the home is estimated at $65,000.
