A man was fatally shot in broad daylight Tuesday after a gunman walked up to his car and fired.
Police say 38-year-old Marcus Manor of Northwest D.C. was sitting in a parked car when he was shot at Sherman and Harvard streets NW, southeast of Columbia Heights.
Police cordoned off the area with yellow tape, and bullet casings are visible on the ground.
