Police are investigating an apparent drowning in Montgomery County.
It happened in a backyard pool in the 9700 block of Kendale Road in Potomac, Md., Wednesday evening. Family members said when they arrived at the house, they found a man unconscious in the pool.
Paramedics rushed him to an area hospital, where he later died.
Police have not released the victim's name but said he was 75 years old. Investigators are calling it an accident.
