A 21-year-old man has been arrested for sexually assaulting a woman at her place of work, just a block away from the Shaw Metro station earlier this week.
Police say the woman was sexually assaulted around 9 a.m. Tuesday. Sources told News4 an apartment building was the site of the incident, where residents posted "Rape Alert" signs in elevators and common areas.
The suspect, now identified as 21-year-old Jahlani Brown, was arrested Thursday on first degree sexual abuse charges.
