Police are searching for a man who allegedly stole a shotgun from a store at the Arundel Mills Mall early Saturday morning.
Anne Arundel County police responded to an alarm at the Outdoor World Bass Pro Shop at 1:48 a.m. Saturday. They found an exit door was unlocked, but did not notice if anything was taken.
Later that morning, the manager of the store called police after checking video surveillance footage and saw a man leaving his store with a shotgun. The manager then checked the shotgun display in the store and found one weapon missing.
It is not known how the suspect got into the store.
The suspect is described by police as a male with light complexion, late teens to early 20s, long sideburns. He was seen wearing a black hooded jacket, dark-colored cargo pants, grey or blue tennis shows and a black Outback/western style brimmed hat. He was also carrying a backpack.
