Man Accused of Taking Photos Up Skirts in Va. Store

A Sterling, Va., man is facing several charges following allegations he used his cell phone to take pictures up the skirts of unsuspecting women.

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office says deputies were called to a store in the 45100 block of Columbia Place around 10:15 a.m. for a report of a man taking photos up women's skirts. Marijuana was also found on the suspect.

Shahram Ghassemi, 32, was charged Monday with unlawful photography and possession of marijuana. 

Ghassemi is being held on bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
